٢٣٧٣٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن أيوب أبي العلاء (عن قتادة) (١): مضارب دفع إليه مال مضاربة على النصف فدفعه إلى غيره على النصف، قال: للآخر النصف، ولصاحب المال النصف.
Hazrat Qatadah says that the mudarib was given the mudarabah capital on half share, then he gave it to another on half share? It was said that the second will get half, and the owner of the capital will also get half. Hazrat Abu Hashim said that the second will get half, and whatever remains will be for the owner of the capital and the intermediary.
