الرجل يدفع إلى الرجل المال مضاربةGiving Wealth as Mudarabah
Hadith 23731
٢٣٧٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم أنه (قال) (١) في المضارب: الربح على ما اصطلحوا عليه، والوضيعة على المال، فإن اقتسموا الربح كانت الوضيعة (على المال) (٢)، وإن لم يقتسموا رد الربح على رأس المال.
Ibrahim, regarding the mudarib, says that the profit is that upon which they agree, and the loss will be upon the capital. And if they distribute the profit, then the loss will be upon the principal amount, and if they do not distribute it, then the profit will be returned to the principal amount.
