Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It was said to Hazrat Hakam bin Uteibah? He said: If he returns to his companion and finds out that he has suffered a loss in the wealth, he said: Then go and act upon what remains, so when the profit reaches five thousand, then distribute it. If this is not the case, then tell him that a man's capital is ten thousand, and whatever is in excess of that, distribute it.
