الرجل يدفع إلى الرجل المال مضاربةGiving Wealth as Mudarabah
Hadith 23728
٢٣٧٢٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن في رجل دفع إلى رجل ثلاثة آلاف درهم مضاربة، فركب البحر (فكُسر به) (١) فهلكت ألفان وبقيت ألف، فاتجر في تلك الألف فأصاب مالا، كيف يقسمان؟ قال: لا يقسمان حتى تكون ثلاثة (آلاف) (٢) ثم يقسمان الربح بعد.
Hasan was asked that a person gave another three thousand dirhams as mudarabah, he boarded a boat and it broke, so two thousand were lost and one thousand remained. That person traded with the one thousand and earned some profit. So how will they divide the profit now? He replied: Until the amount becomes three thousand, they will not divide it; after that, the profit will be divided.
