٢٣٧٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن أبي (الحصين) (١) عن القاسم بن عبد الرحمن أن عمر كره لقاضي المسلمين وصاحب مغانمهم أن (يأخذ أجرا) (٢) (٣).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) disliked that the judges of the Muslims and those who distributed the spoils of war should receive wages.
