Hadith 23643
٢٣٦٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن ومحمد أنهما (قالا) (١) في رجل اقترض من رجل دراهم (عددا بأرض) (٢) فجازت بوزنها (أيقضيه) (٣) وزنا؟ فكرها ذلك وقالا: لا يقضيه إلا مثل دراهمه.
Hasan and Muhammad were asked: A person borrowed dirhams by counting them from another in exchange for land; can he repay the loan by weight? Both of you disliked this and said that he should repay the loan with the same kind.
