الرجل يكانب المكاتبA Person Makes His Slave a Mukatab
Hadith 23581
٢٣٥٨١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا كاتب عبدَه وله عبدٌ أو أمة فهو من مكاتبته، وإن كان له ولد قد كتمهم فليس (له) (١) ذلك.
Ibrahim says that when a person makes his slave a mukatab (contracted for freedom) and he has other male and female slaves as well, then they will be included in his mukatabat (contract). And if he has children and he hides them, then there is nothing upon him.
