Hadith 23579
٢٣٥٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو داود الطيالسي عن عمران القطان قال: سمعت الحسن وسئل عن رجل رأى جارية في السوق تباع فقالت: إني مسروقة، فقال: (تشترى) (١) ولا تصدق.
It was asked from Hasan about a man who saw a slave girl in the market who was being sold, and that slave girl said, "I am stolen." He (Hasan) said, "Buy her, do not confirm her statement." Then I asked Qatadah about this, and he disliked it.
