Hadith 23501
٢٣٥٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن سيار عن الشعبي قال: (كل) (١) شريك بيعه في شركته جائز إلا شركة (في) (٢) ميراث.
Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that it is permissible for every partner to sell the thing in which he has a share, except for the jointly owned property inherited as inheritance.
