Hadith 23496
٢٣٤٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن عائشة قالت: جاءت هند إلى النبي ﷺ (فقالت) (١): يا رسول اللَّه إن أبا سفيان رجل شحيح فلا يعطيني ما يكفيني وولدي إلا ما أخذت من ماله وهو لا يعلم فقال: "خذي ما يكفيك وولدك بالمعروف" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that Hazrat Hind came to the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Abu Sufyan is a miserly man and does not give me enough that is sufficient for me and my children, so I take something from his wealth without his permission." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take from his wealth in a good manner what is sufficient for you and your children."
