المرأة تصدق من بيت زوجهاA Woman Giving Charity from Her Husband's House
Hadith 23494
٢٣٤٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن أبي زائدة عن عبد الملك عن عطاء عن أبي هريرة قال: لا تصدق المرأة إلا من قوتها، فأما من مال زوجها فلا يحل لها إلا بإذنه، ويكون الأجر بينهما (١).
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a woman should not give charity from her food (provision) except with permission, and it is not permissible to give charity from her husband's wealth without his permission, and (if she does so) the reward will be for both of them.
