٢٣٤٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن مبارك عن معمر عن أيوب عن ابن سيرين قال: لا يباع الرهن إلا عند سلطان.
Hazrat Ibn Sirin says that the pledged item will be sold only in the presence of the ruler.
