Hadith 23428
٢٣٤٢٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن أبي خالد قال: جاءت امرأة إلى الشعبي فقالت: إن ابنتي بيعت على شرط أن لا تباع (قال) (١): ابنتك على شرطها.
Ismail narrates that a woman came to Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and said: My daughter has made a sale with the condition that she will not be sold. He replied: Your daughter is bound by her condition. (It is necessary to act upon this condition.)
