Hadith 23353
٢٣٣٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا خلف بن خليفة عن منصور عن الحكم عن أبي وائل عن مسروق قال: القاضي إذا أخذ هدية فقد أكل السحت، وإذا أخذ الرشوة بلغت به الكفر.
Hazrat Masruq (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a judge accepts a gift, he has consumed what is unlawful, and if he takes a bribe, he has reached the point of disbelief.
