Hadith 23256
٢٣٢٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن أشعث عن الشعبي أن عليًّا كان يجعل المدبر من الثلث (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat 'Amir (may Allah have mercy on him) considered the mudabbar to be counted as freed from one third of the wealth.
