القاضي يقضي في المسجدA Judge Deciding Cases in the Mosque
Hadith 23215
٢٣٢١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن حصين قال: كتب عمر ابن عبد العزيز: (لا يقعدنّ) (١) قاضٍ في المسجد يدخل عليه فيه المشركون فإنهم ⦗١٨٢⦘ نجس، قال اللَّه تعالى: ﴿إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ﴾ [التوبة: ٢٨].
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) wrote to the governors that the judge should not sit in the mosque for making decisions, as polytheists will also come to him while they are impure. Allah Almighty has said: {إنَّمَا الْمُشْرِکُونَ نَجَسٌ}.
