Hadith 23169
٢٣١٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن عيسى بن أبي عزة عن الشعبي أنه أجاز شهادة رجل ضرب (في الخمر) (١).
Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) accepted the testimony of a person who had been subjected to the prescribed punishment (hadd) due to drinking alcohol.
