إذا أعتق بعض عبده في مرضهThose Who Freed Their Slaves in Terminal Illness
Hadith 23146
٢٣١٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن حماد بن سلمة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا أعتق بعض عبده في مرضه عتق كله، فإن (كان) (١) أكثر من الثلث يسعى فيما بقي من الثلث.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person frees some of his slaves during his terminal illness, then the entire slave will be considered free. If the value of the slave exceeds one third of the wealth, then for the amount exceeding one third, the slave will strive to pay it.
