Hadith 23089
٢٣٠٨٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مهدي عن حماد بن سلمة عن زياد الأعلم عن الحسن قال: إن (باعاها) (١) مرابحة فالربح على رأس المال، وإن (باعاها) (٢) مساومة فهو بينهما (٣).
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if it is sold on the basis of murabaha, then the profit will be equal to the amount of the principal. And if it is sold on the basis of musawamah, then the profit will be divided equally. Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) also says the same.
