Hadith 23068
٢٣٠٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن يزيد (عن) (١) الإفريقي قال: كتب عمر بن عبد العزيز: من وهب هبة فلم يثب عليها و (أراد) (٢) أن يرجع فيها فليرجع علانية غير سر.
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) wrote that if a person gives someone a gift and does not take anything in return, and then wishes to take it back, he should do so openly in front of everyone, not secretly.
