Hadith 22975
٢٢٩٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أسباط (بن) (١) محمد عن مطرف عن الحكم في عبد أتى رجلًا فأعطاه مالًا، (فقال) (٢): (اشترني) (٣)، فاشتراه فأعتقه، ثم أطلع على ذلك قال: البيع جائز، ويؤخذ الثمن الذي (اشتري) (٤) به العبد.
Hazrat Hakam gives the ruling regarding the person about whom a slave came to him and gave him wealth and said, "Buy me." That person bought the slave and then set him free. Later, when he became aware of this, he (Hazrat Hakam) said, "The sale is valid, and the price for which the slave was bought will be taken."
