إذا فجرت يرقها أم لا؟If an Umm Walad Commits Immorality, Does She Return to Slavery?
Hadith 22970
٢٢٩٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا يزيد بن إبراهيم عن ابن سيرين عن مالك بن عامر الهمداني قال: قال عمر في أم الولد: إن هي (أحصنت وأسلمت (وعفّت) (١) عتقت، وإن هي فجرت) (٢) وكفرت وزنت رقت (٣).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding Umm Walad: If she remains chaste and a Muslim, then she is free, and if she commits a wrong act, becomes a disbeliever, and commits adultery, then she will return to slavery.
