Hadith 22904
٢٢٩٠٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن ابن عون قال: سألت محمدًا عن الرجل يدفع إلى النساج الثوب بالثلث ودرهم، أو بالربع أو بما تراضيا عليه، (قال) (١): لا أعلم به بأسًا.
Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked: If a person gives one-third of the cloth and one dirham, or one-fourth, or whatever both agree upon, as payment to someone for weaving cloth, what is the ruling on this? He, may Allah have mercy on him, replied: I do not see any harm in it.
