Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that it is not permissible for a woman to make a gift until a year has passed or she gives birth to a child, and Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says: until she gives birth to a child or enough time has passed.
