Hadith 22819
٢٢٨١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن أشعث عن الحسن أنه سئل عن رجل دفع إلى رجل مالا مضاربة واشترط عليه بضاعة أنه كرهه.
It was asked from Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) whether it is permissible to give someone wealth for mudarabah on the condition that he provides goods? He (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked this. Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) did not see any harm in it.
