Hadith 22768
٢٢٧٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن الشيباني وأشعث وإسماعيل عن الشعبي عن شريح في مكاتب مات وعليه دين وبقية من مكاتبته قال: يضرب مواليه بما حل من (نجومه) (١).
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says regarding the mukatab who dies in such a state that he has debt and the his installments for manumission is also remaining, then the obligatory his installments for manumission will be paid before the debt.
