Hadith 22730
٢٢٧٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم قال: سألته عن رجل أجر غلامه سنة (وأراد أن) (١) يخرجه، قال: له أن يأخذه.
A person asked Hazrat Hakam that a man has given his slave on hire for a year, then he intends to take him back from the hirer, so what is the ruling on this? He (may Allah have mercy on him) replied that he is not permitted to take him back (to take him from the hirer). Then I asked Hazrat Hammad about this matter. He (may Allah have mercy on him) replied that he should not take him back except to avoid loss.
