Hadith 22729
٢٢٧٢٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن خالد (عن إياس) (١) ابن معاوية في الغلام يدفعه الرجل إلى الرجل يُعلِّمه ثم يخرجه قبل أن (ينقضي) (٢) شرطه، قال: يَردُّ على معلمه ما أنفق عليه.
Hazrat Iyas bin Mu'awiyah says regarding the person who sends his slave to another person so that he may teach him, then before the condition is fulfilled he takes him away from there, then whatever the teacher has spent on this slave shall be returned to him.
