في التولية بيع أم لا؟Is Tawliyah a Valid Sale?
Hadith 22631
٢٢٦٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معتمر بن سليمان عن أبيه عن الحسن وابن سيرين، قال: صار قولهما إلى أن التولية بيع.
Hasan and Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on them) said that "Tawliyah" is also a sale. "Tawliyah" means to sell something further at the same price at which it was purchased, without making any profit.
