في المضارب من أين (تكون) نفقته؟How the Expenses of the Mudarib Are Handled
Hadith 22621
٢٢٦٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد قال: لا يشترط المضارب طعامًا ولا شيئًا ينتفع به، إلا أن يكون فيه منفعة للمضاربة، فإن لم تكن فيه منفعة للمضاربة كان ذلك في مال نفسه.
Hazrat Hammad says that no condition will be stipulated for the mudarib regarding food or anything from which he benefits; however, if it is for the benefit of the mudarabah, then it is permissible. If it is not for the benefit of the mudarabah, then it will be considered from his personal wealth.
