Hadith 22618
٢٢٦١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحكم وحماد عن إبراهيم قال: المضارب ينفق (ويكتسي) (١) بالمعروف، فإن ربح كان من ربحه، وإن وضع كان من رأس المال.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the mudarib will spend and use clothes of average quality; if he makes a profit, it will be from his profit, and if he incurs a loss, it will be from the principal. The narrator says: I asked Hasan Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) about this. He said: I do not like spending without the permission of the owner of the capital.
