Hadith 2247
٢٢٤٧ - حدثنا هشيم عن منصور عن الحسن قال: شكوا في طلوع الفجر في عهد ابن عباس فأمر مؤذنه فأقام الصلاة (١).
Hasan narrates that during the time of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), people doubted the rising of Fajr, so Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) ordered his muezzin, and he gave the call to prayer and the iqamah.
