Hadith 22469
٢٢٤٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا خالد بن الحارث عن ابن أبي عروبة عن ⦗٥٤٢⦘ قتادة عن خلاس عن أبي رافع عن أبي هريرة أن رجلين اختصما إلى النبي ﷺ في دابة وليس (بينهما) (١) بينة، فأمرهما رسول اللَّه ﷺ أن يستهما على اليمين (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that two men, disputing over an animal, came to the presence of the Prophet ﷺ. Neither of them had any witnesses. The Prophet ﷺ ordered that both of them should draw lots regarding the oath.
