Hadith 22465
٢٢٤٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن سماك (عن) (١) تميم بن طرفة أن رجلين ادعيا بعيرًا، فأقام كل واحد (منهما) (٢) البينة أنه له، فقضى به النبي ﷺ أنه بينهما (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Tamim bin Tarfa (may Allah be pleased with him) that two men claimed ownership of a camel, and each of them presented witnesses that it belonged to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) decided that it belonged to both of them.
