Hadith 22463
٢٢٤٦٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا شهد شاهدان أن هذه الدابة لفلان و (نتجت) (١) عنده، وشهد شاهدان أنها لفلان و (نتجت) (٢) عنده، (فهي) (٣) للذي في يده.
Ibrahim says that when two witnesses testify that this animal belongs to a certain person and was born with him, and another two witnesses testify that it belongs to another person and was born with him, then the decision will be made in favor of the one in whose possession it is.
