Hadith 22462
٢٢٤٦٢ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن أبي زائدة عن حجاج عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا استوت البينتان فهو للذي في أيديهم] (١).
Ibrahim says that when both parties present witnesses, the thing will belong to the one who has possession of it.
