Hadith 22461
٢٢٤٦١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن حجاج عن الحكم قال: وجد بغل في النهرين، (فأقام) (١) كل فرقة البينة أنه لهم، فقضى به عبد اللَّه بن عتبة: (للذي هو) (٢) في أيديهم.
It is narrated from Hazrat Hakam that there was a dispute between two groups over a mule. Each group presented witnesses claiming the mule belonged to them. Hazrat Abdullah bin Utbah, may Allah have mercy on him, decided that the one in possession of it is its owner.
