Hadith 22384
٢٢٣٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن علية عن الليث (عن) (١) ⦗٥٢٤⦘ الشعبي وإبراهيم (قالا) (٢): إذا مات الرجل وعليه دين إلى أجل فقد حل دينه.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) say that when a person passes away and he has a debt for a fixed term, then his debt will be paid immediately.
