الرجل يكون بين الرجلين فيكاتب بعضهمA Slave Shared Between Two Men, and One Makes Him a Mukatab
Hadith 22382
٢٢٣٨٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن أبيه عن عامر في عبد بين ثلاثة فأعتقه رجلان منهم، ثم توفي العبد وله مال، قال: يغرمان اللذان أعتقا للذي لم يعتق ثلث ثمنه، ثم يقسم ميراثه على ثلاثة أسهم، لكل رجل سهم.
Hazrat ‘Amir says regarding a slave who was jointly owned by three people: two of them set him free, then the slave passed away and left behind some wealth. So, the two who freed the slave will be guarantors for one-third of the wealth on behalf of the third person. After that, his inheritance will be divided into three parts, and each partner will receive one share.
