Hadith 22346
٢٢٣٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن أنه قال في القصار إذا أفسد، قال: هو ضامن، قال: وكان لا يضمنه غرقا (ولا حرقًا) (١) ولا عدوًا مكابرًا.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If the dyer spoils (the item), then he is liable; but if the item drowns, burns, or is destroyed by an enemy, then he is not liable.
