Hadith 22274
٢٢٢٧٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا موسى بن عُليّ (بن) (١) رباح عن أبيه قال: كنت عند ابن عباس فأتته امرأة فقالت: إني امرأة من أهل العراق ولي غلام حجام، ويزعم أهل العراق أني آكل ثمن الدم، فقال: إنهم لا يزعمون شيئًا، إنما تأكلين خراج غلامك، ولست تأكلين ثمن الدم (٢).
A woman came to Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) and said, "I am from Iraq. I have a slave who works as a barber. The people of Iraq think that I consume earnings from blood." He (may Allah be pleased with him) replied, "They do not think anything. You consume the earnings of your slave, not the earnings of blood."
