Hadith 22271
٢٢٢٧١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن ميسر عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: دخلت على ابن عباس وغلام له يحجمه قال: (قلت) (١): يا (أبا) (٢) عباس: ما تصنع بخراج هذا؟ قال: آكله وأوكله، وأشار بيده إلى (فيه) (٣).
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I was present in the service of Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them). A slave of his was shaving his head. I asked, "What will you do with this wage?" He replied, "I will eat from it myself and I will also feed him from it." He pointed with his hand towards the mouth of the slave.
