٢٢٢٣٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن عبد الواحد بن زياد عن مجالد عن الشعبي قال: كان شريح يجيز شهادة الأعمى مع الرجل العدل إذا عرف الصوت.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a blind person can recognize voices, then his testimony, when combined with that of a just person, is valid.
