Hadith 22230
٢٢٢٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: كان يقول: لا يجوز شهادة الأعمى، إلا أن يكون (شيئًا) (١) قد رآه قبل أن يذهب بصره.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that it is not permissible for a blind person to give testimony, except in the case where he testifies to something which he saw before losing his sight, then it is permissible.
