Hadith 2217
٢٢١٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن محمد بن طلحة عن أبي صخرة جامع بن شداد عن موسى بن عبد اللَّه بن يزيد: أن سليمان بن صرد -وكانت له ⦗٤٥٤⦘ صحبة- كان يؤذن في العسكر، (وكان) (١) يأمر غلامه بالحاجة في أذانه (٢).
Hazrat Musa bin Abdullah narrates that Hazrat Sulaiman bin Surad was a companion; he used to give the call to prayer (adhan) in the army and during the adhan, he would also instruct his servant to do some work.
