Hadith 22157
٢٢١٥٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن قال: إذا اشترى الرجل الجارية ثم ظهر بها داء كان عند البائع، قال: كان يوجبها عليه، ولا يرد عليه البائع شيئًا.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that when a person buys a slave-girl and then a disease (defect) appears in her which existed while she was with the seller, then it is the responsibility of the seller; the seller will not take anything back from him.
