Hadith 22151
٢٢١٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (محمد) (١) بن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: إذا أدان العبد بغير إذن مواليه ثم أعتق، فإنه يباع بذلك الدين.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a slave conducts trade without the permission of his master and becomes indebted, then he is set free, indeed he will be sold for that debt.
