Hadith 22142
٢٢١٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن (عبيدة) (١) عن إبراهيم أنه سئل عن النفر يكتب عليهم الصك: أيهم شاء أخذ بجميع حقه، قال: هو على شرطه، أيهم شاء أخذ يحميع حقه، وكان إبراهيم يستحب أن يأخذ من كل إنسان منهم بحصته و (قال:) (٢) وهو أعدل.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about a written agreement concerning some men: from whom can one take his full right? He replied: That depends on the condition (that was agreed upon); he may take his full right from whomever he wishes. And Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) preferred that each person be taken from according to his share, and he used to say that this method is closer to justice.
