Hadith 22139
٢٢١٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن أبي زائدة عن إسرائيل عن طارق ابن عبد الرحمن عن شريح قال: شهدته وجاءه (رجل) (١) فقال: إني اكتتبت على هذا وعلى رجلين معه: أيهم شئتُ أخذتُ بحقي، فقال الرجل: إن صاحبيَّ في السوق (٢)، فقال: خذ أيَّهم (شئت) (٣).
Hazrat Tariq bin Abdur Rahman (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that I was present with Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) when a person came and said, "I had a written agreement with this man, and besides him, there were two other men as well. Can I claim my right from whichever of them I wish?" That man said, "Both my companions are in the market." Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said, "You may claim your right from whichever one you wish."
