٢٢٠٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الوهاب [الخفاف] (١) عن ابن (أبي) (٢) عروبة عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب أنه كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يبيع الشريك من شريكه ما لم يقاسمه خلا الكيل والوزن.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib says that there is no harm if, before the division, one partner sells his share in the goods; however, this is not permissible in things that are measured or weighed.
